Create. Nourish. Thive. These can mean different things to different people, and that's part of the reason I chose them as the tagline of my health coaching business – my approach is personalized: what works for you might not work for others, but the goal is the same. When we get down to it, we all want to feel good about ourselves. Regardless of how we get there, we just want to live a long time and enjoy life.
I'm starting a new series to share some things from the world that I hope will inspire you to do one of those - create, nourish and/or thrive. Or maybe just make you smile.
