Everytime I think, "okay, I guess we're going to get the same thing this week because what else could possibly be left for summer veggies," new things appear! This week...melons, woot woot! Corn CSA Organic

1 Sunshine Watermelon or 1 Muskmelon – Anything with the word "sunshine" in it means it must be awesome; and clearly, I love any food that isn't the traditional color! Snacks for sure! 4 ears of Sweet Corn – I don't really mess with fresh corn; cooked and eaten with butter, and so far I'm not getting sick of it! I can't stress enough how much better it is when it's fresh! 1.5 lbs. of Heirloom Tomatoes or 2 lbs. of Red Tomatoes – Heirloom because I can't get them in the grocery store, and can't resist trying the different kinds! Confession... I keep saying I'm going to make a pizza with my tomatoes and it hasn't happened yet, but I'm determined to make it happen this week! (They've keep getting eaten on top of avo toast and on an open-faced tomato/mozz sandwich-snacks!) 2 Green Peppers or 1/2 lb. Hot Peppers – 1 sliced for T$ lunch wrap; the other sliced for snacks 1 bunch of Kale or 1 bunch of Swiss Chard –  Dino (lacinato) kale is back, so I got that to use for my lunch salads, with fresh tomato, cucumber + feta
