This week's CSA has some of the old favorites like peppers, tomatoes and potatoes, but I needed inspiration, so I went to Pinterest, and found a deconstructed psuedo-nacho recipe that I'll put my own spin on!You can search by ingredient or gluten free/ paleo/ nut free/ whatever you need. Or by category like easy dinners, fast lunches, portable breakfasts. It's easy to get sucked in for a few hours if you're not careful! (I'm looking at you, bedtime pinning!)
